Après qu’une réservation ait été effectuée via ce moteur de réservation, une fois votre réservation confirmée, Aldocars vous enverra un e-mail contenant le voucher (RÉSERVATION CONFIRMÉE) sous 24 heures, afin que vous disposiez de toutes les informations nécessaires avant votre arrivée. Aldocars utilise uniquement votre adresse e-mail pour vous envoyer le voucher. Nous n’utilisons votre numéro de téléphone que pour vous contacter en cas de questions concernant votre réservation. Si vous devez apporter des modifications à votre réservation, vous devez contacter Aldocars par e-mail en précisant clairement les détails exacts de ces modifications. Aldocars ne garantit pas que les modifications demandées pourront être effectuées. En utilisant ce système de réservation, vous vous engagez auprès d’Aldocars à ne pas l’utiliser à des fins illégales ou interdites par les présentes Conditions. En particulier, en accédant à ce système de réservation, vous acceptez :

Booking cancellation Every reservation must be canceled 48 hours prior to the arrival time. If a reservation is created less than 48 hours before the pickup date, the potential prepayment sum is not refunded in case of cancellation.
Requirements for Customer Customer shall be aware that all children (regardless of their age) are counted as passengers and must have an individual seat. The number of passengers cannot go beyond the seating capacity of the vehicle. Transportation of extra passengers is not allowed. In this case, the driver has the right to refuse service. Customer must be responsible for entering a correct mobile phone number and must be in touch at the time of arrival. Smoking and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. In case of violation, the driver has the right to stop the car and ask Customer to leave.
Pick up and drop off Flight Information – for airport pick-up, it is essential that Aldocars receives the correct flight number and arrival time. You can do this either online or by phone. If this information is not available at the time of reservation, please ensure that you inform us at least 2 days prior to your departure, via email or phone. The driver waits for the Customer in the pick-up location holding a sign with the Customer’s last name on it.
Privacy statement We are committed to provide service of protection of our customer’s personal data in a way that we collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We also inform our customers about the way we collect information and regularly give customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user information is strictly guarded and are available only to the employees who need that information for completing the job. All our employees and business partners are responsible to follow the principles of confidentiality protection.
Complaints All complaints and or problems must be received in writing form within 7 days after drop-off date. Aldocars cannot process complaints made outside of this period.

Legal driving age Adult must be 21 years old in order to hire a car.
Required documents Driving licence, passport.
Procedures in case of accident, damage and theft of vehicles In case of damage and theft of the vehicle, the User is obliged to immediately inform the Lessor and the Police about the event and to act on their instructions. The user is obliged to remain at the scene of the traffic accident until the arrival of the police, provided that he can be temporarily removed solely for the purpose of providing assistance to third parties or if they personally need medical assistance.
Border crossing Travelling outside Morocco is not allowed.
Deposit No deposit.
Cleanliness policy Extremely dirty interior of the car will be charged when dropping off.
Parking and traffic fines are client’s responsibility.
Loss of keys and vehicle’s documentation is charged 500 EUR.
