Payment Methods

Payment is made when the vehicle is delivered. You can pay in cash or by bank card using the payment terminal. Card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. The total rental amount and any selected extras are confirmed before delivery.

Mileage and Fuel Policy

• Unlimited mileage is included.
• The fuel policy is full-to-full or return at the agreed level stated during handover.
• Fuel used during the rental is paid by the renter.

Insurance and Optional Coverage

Basic insurance is included, and additional coverage can be requested before confirmation. The exact excess, price and exclusions are explained in the rental terms. Optional full coverage is charged for a minimum of seven days, even when the rental period is shorter.

Additional coverage does not protect against every situation. Exclusions include tyres and punctures, an unregistered driver, incorrect fuel, lost keys and lost vehicle documents. Confirm the current glass and windscreen conditions with the team before booking.
