Aldocars utilise uniquement votre adresse e-mail pour vous envoyer le voucher. Nous n\u2019utilisons votre num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone que pour vous contacter en cas de questions concernant votre r\u00e9servation.\n\nSi vous devez apporter des modifications \u00e0 votre r\u00e9servation, vous devez contacter Aldocars par e-mail en pr\u00e9cisant clairement les d\u00e9tails exacts de ces modifications. Aldocars ne garantit pas que les modifications demand\u00e9es pourront \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es.\n\nEn utilisant ce syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9servation, vous vous engagez aupr\u00e8s d\u2019Aldocars \u00e0 ne pas l\u2019utiliser \u00e0 des fins ill\u00e9gales ou interdites par les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions. En particulier, en acc\u00e9dant \u00e0 ce syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9servation, vous acceptez :<\/p>

  • De ne pas utiliser le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9servation pour effectuer des r\u00e9servations sp\u00e9culatives ou fausses ;<\/p><\/li>

  • Not to use the booking system to research rental vehicle provider or our pricing;<\/p><\/li>

  • Not to use the name Aldocars for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written permission from Aldocars.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Booking cancellation Every reservation must be canceled 48 hours prior to the arrival time. If a reservation is created less than 48 hours before the pickup date, the potential prepayment sum is not refunded in case of cancellation.<\/p>

    Requirements for Customer Customer shall be aware that all children (regardless of their age) are counted as passengers and must have an individual seat. The number of passengers cannot go beyond the seating capacity of the vehicle. Transportation of extra passengers is not allowed. In this case, the driver has the right to refuse service. Customer must be responsible for entering a correct mobile phone number and must be in touch at the time of arrival. Smoking and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. In case of violation, the driver has the right to stop the car and ask Customer to leave.<\/p>

    Pick up and drop off Flight Information \u2013 for airport pick-up, it is essential that Aldocars receives the correct flight number and arrival time. You can do this either online or by phone. If this information is not available at the time of reservation, please ensure that you inform us at least 2 days prior to your departure, via email or phone. The driver waits for the Customer in the pick-up location holding a sign with the Customer\u2019s last name on it.<\/p>

    Privacy statement We are committed to provide service of protection of our customer\u2019s personal data in a way that we collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We also inform our customers about the way we collect information and regularly give customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user information is strictly guarded and are available only to the employees who need that information for completing the job. All our employees and business partners are responsible to follow the principles of confidentiality protection.<\/p>

    Complaints All complaints and or problems must be received in writing form within 7 days after drop-off date. Aldocars cannot process complaints made outside of this period.<\/p>

    Basics included in the price Customer support, additional driver, child seat.<\/p>

    Legal driving age Adult must be 21 years old in order to hire a car.<\/p>

    Required documents Driving licence, passport.<\/p>

    Procedures in case of accident, damage and theft of vehicles In case of damage and theft of the vehicle, the User is obliged to immediately inform the Lessor and the Police about the event and to act on their instructions. The user is obliged to remain at the scene of the traffic accident until the arrival of the police, provided that he can be temporarily removed solely for the purpose of providing assistance to third parties or if they personally need medical assistance.<\/p>

    Border crossing Travelling outside Morocco is not allowed.<\/p>

    Deposit No deposit.<\/p>

    Cleanliness policy Extremely dirty interior of the car will be charged when dropping off.<\/p>

    Parking and traffic fines are client\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>
