After submitting a reservation through our booking system, Aldocars will review the request and, once confirmed, send the customer a reservation voucher by email within 72 hours. This voucher includes the necessary details related to the booking.<\/p>

We use the customer\u2019s email address only to send reservation-related information. The phone number may be used only if we need to contact the customer regarding the reservation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Reservation Changes<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If the customer wishes to modify a reservation, they must contact Aldocars by email and clearly provide the exact details of the requested change. Aldocars will do its best to process changes, but cannot guarantee availability or approval of all modifications.<\/p>

By using our booking system, the customer agrees not to:<\/p>

  • Make speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations.<\/li>
  • Use the booking system to collect pricing or vehicle availability data for commercial purposes.<\/li>
  • Use the Aldocars name, brand, or content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Booking Cancellation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.<\/p>

    If a reservation is made less than 48 hours before the pick-up date, any advance payment may be non-refundable in the event of cancellation.<\/p>

    Aldocars also reserves the right, in exceptional and rare circumstances, to cancel a reservation at the time of vehicle delivery or to request a security deposit. This may apply in situations where there are concerns related to documentation, payment, customer eligibility, vehicle safety, misuse risk, or any other condition that may affect the rental agreement. Such decisions are made only when necessary and at the discretion of Aldocars.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    All children, regardless of age, are counted as passengers and must have their own seat. The number of passengers must not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle.<\/p>

    Transporting additional passengers beyond the authorized capacity is not permitted. In such cases, Aldocars or the driver may refuse to provide the service.<\/p>

    The customer is responsible for providing a correct mobile phone number and remaining reachable at the time of arrival or vehicle delivery.<\/p>

    Smoking and drinking alcohol inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. In case of violation, Aldocars or the driver has the right to stop the service and request that the customer leave the vehicle.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    For airport pick-up, the customer must provide the correct flight number and arrival time. This information can be provided online, by phone, or by email.<\/p>

    If flight details are not available at the time of reservation, the customer must provide them at least 2 days before arrival.<\/p>

    At the pick-up location, the driver will wait for the customer while holding a sign with the customer\u2019s last name.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      In the event of an accident, damage, or theft involving the vehicle, the customer must immediately inform Aldocars and the police.<\/p>

      The customer must follow the instructions provided by Aldocars and the authorities. In case of an accident, the customer must remain at the scene until the police arrive, unless leaving is necessary to provide assistance to others or to receive urgent medical care.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Border Crossing<\/h2>

      Travelling outside Morocco with an Aldocars rental vehicle is not allowed.<\/p>

      Deposit Policy<\/h2>

      In general, Aldocars may offer rentals without a deposit. However, in certain exceptional and rare cases, Aldocars reserves the right to request a security deposit before or at the time of vehicle delivery.<\/p>

      This may depend on the rental period, vehicle category, customer profile, documentation, payment method, or any risk-related circumstances identified by Aldocars.<\/p>

      Cleanliness Policy<\/h2>

      The vehicle must be returned in a reasonable condition. If the interior of the vehicle is returned extremely dirty, an additional cleaning fee may apply.<\/p>

      An additional cleaning fee of \u20ac10 per rental applies. This fee may be refunded if the vehicle is returned clean.<\/p>

      Parking, Traffic Fines, and Violations<\/h2>

      Parking tickets, traffic fines, toll penalties, and any violations committed during the rental period are the customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>

      Loss of Keys or Vehicle Documents<\/h2>

      Loss or damage of the vehicle keys or vehicle documents may result in a charge of \u20ac500.<\/p>

      Late-Night Pick-Up and Delivery Fee<\/h2>

      An additional fee of \u20ac10 per booking applies to vehicle pick-ups or deliveries after 11:00 p.m. Moroccan local time.<\/p>

      This is a one-time service charge and is payable in addition to the rental price.<\/p>

      Full Insurance Terms<\/h1>

      With Full Insurance, the excess may be reduced to \u20ac0 in the event of damage or accident, subject to the rental agreement and insurance conditions.<\/p>

      The insurance covers the breakage of one front windscreen and one tyre only during the rental period.<\/p>

      Full Insurance does not cover:<\/p>

      • Additional windscreen or glass damage<\/li>
      • Additional wheels, tyres, or punctures<\/li>
      • Damage caused by a driver not registered in the rental agreement<\/li>
